A yearly physical is your chance to step back and look at your overall health with a provider who knows you. We review how you're doing, catch problems early, and plan the screenings and vaccines that make sense for your age and history.
We care for adults 18 and older from Marlborough and nearby towns.

- Routine blood work at our on-site Quest lab, when your provider orders it

What to bring
- A photo ID and your insurance card

Most insurance plans cover one preventive visit a year. If you bring up a new problem or an ongoing condition during the same visit, your plan may bill that part separately. How often should I get a physical?
Most adults benefit from a preventive visit once a year. Your provider will let you know if a different schedule is right for you.
Do I need to fast before my physical?
Not usually for the visit itself. If your provider orders fasting blood work, such as some cholesterol or glucose tests, we'll tell you ahead of time.
Can I have blood work done at the same visit?
Often, yes. Our on-site Quest lab is in the same office, so many patients have their blood drawn the same day. Check our lab hours before your visit.
