I have an HMO plan. Who should I list as my primary care provider?
Please make sure Dr. Helen Zhou is listed as your primary care provider (PCP) with your insurance before your visit. Your insurance's member services number is usually on the back of your card.
Which Tufts plans do you accept?
We accept Tufts Direct Bronze, Silver and Gold plans only, plus Tufts Medicare Preferred PPO (Medicare Advantage). We do not accept other Tufts plans at this time.
Do you accept Medicare?
Yes. We accept Original Medicare (Parts A & B) and the Medicare Advantage plans listed on this page. We also offer Medicare Annual Wellness Visits.
What if my plan isn't listed?
Give us a call at (508) 481-2890 and we'll be happy to check for you. You can also choose "Other" when you book online, and our office will check your coverage and reach out if there's an issue.
